A. Any organization (be it NGO/social enterprise/govt bodies) working at the grassroots level are welcome to apply.

B. Organization with strong hold of implementation, previous experience of conducting meetings/training and community engagement.

C. Organisations not currently engaged in MHHM work will be given preference

D. You and your team are required to reach 5000 menstruators in 4 months.
Please note that while the overall engagement is of 6 months, 2 months would be dedicated to training, and induction.

E. Project Baala will bear complete responsibility for the training, and will provide other resources such as reusable pad kits for all beneficiaries, training materials, t-shirts, caps for trainers as well as will bear the expenditure of transporting the kits from Delhi to the location.

However, the selected organization(s) must have sources to fund the following:

• Internal logistics: managing volunteers, interns etc

• Organizing a launch event on Menstrual Hygiene Day, 28th May inviting Govt officials, local important stakeholders

• Arranging a 2-day field visit for Baala team members, inclusive of travel, food and accommodations

F. Ability to collect data - surveys, list of beneficiaries, photos and video testimonials

G. International Organizations are encouraged to participate in this too, provided the partner organization can take care of the transportation. International partners will receive approximately 1000 kits (final numbers will be decided mutually) in consideration of the challenges and cost associated with it.
